This session will focus on perspectives and initiatives taken by Thai financial industry, including new investment products and banking standards.

The three workshop sessions are designed to run in parallel. Practitioners who are working in three sustainable areas: environmental, social, and economic, will be invited to share their experiences, best-practices, and insights. This is the opportunity for practitioners to learn from each other, and to possibly develop joint projects which companies could continue to work together after the Symposium.

The goals of the Workshops:

  • To share real-life Sustainability projects, plans and key learnings
  • To share Do’s and Don’ts in conducting Sustainability projects
  • To jointly identify key trends and challenges in Sustainable Development
  • To brainstorm for potential joint Sustainability projects

* The participants for these sessions are required to participate in the group discussion. As each workshop is limited to 50 seats only, a confirmation email from C asean, 3 days prior the event, is required before entering the workshop. *

Concept
The concept of sustainable development has received growing recognition in recent years, although the idea of sustainable business is not new, however, the practicality side of it remains abstract and theoretical for many businesses. The Corporate Sustainability Symposium aims to initiates more dialogues on sustainability development among business leaders. We hope the initiatives will create the space for an exchange, a showcase, and a brainstorming on topics around sustainability.
Objective
  • Share value proposition in sustainability. Share knowledge, experience, practice, influencing factors, case studies, and outcomes on sustainability development of the company.
  • Encourage a tangible and long-term collaboration. Explore areas of interest possibility and practicality for companies to work together.
  • Establish an active interaction among likeminded partners. Announce communication formats and platforms to keep each other updated.
